The short version: the app collects nothing. Zero. All your data stays on your device — the only copy that can ever leave it is your own device backup, if you have that switched on — and we can never see it. If you contact us by email or phone, we keep that information to reply to you.

All data you enter in Imagoria (your dreams, sessions, scores, reflections) lives on your own device, in the app's private storage. There is no account, no server, no backend. We have no access to any of it and never will.
The one way anything you write can leave your phone is your own device backup — iCloud Backup on iOS, Auto Backup on Android. If you have it switched on, Imagoria is included in it, like your other apps. That backup runs under your own account and your own settings, and we are not part of it: we cannot access it and have no way to see what is in it. If you turn backup off in your device settings, nothing is copied anywhere.
We leave it on rather than opting the app out, because without an account or a server it is the only way your dreams survive a change of phone. Whether to use it is yours to decide, in your device settings.
If you contact us by email or phone, we keep the information you share with us. We use it solely to respond to you and, where relevant, to improve the app. We do not share it with third parties. We keep it for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry, after which it is deleted.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us, through any channel, may be used to improve the app. We are not obligated to compensate you or credit you for them.
The Imagoria website uses no cookies, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. No personal data is collected when you visit this site.
Imagoria is distributed through Apple's App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google may each process data in connection with the download and purchase process. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy for details.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at hello@imagoria.app.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (GBA/APD) at dataprotectionauthority.be.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be announced on this website. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

The algorithms are there as a mirror. What you do with what you see in that mirror is entirely up to you.
You use Imagoria at your own risk. Any decisions you make are entirely your own, including those influenced by what the app shows you, however prominently a dream appears. Toyfoo BV cannot be held responsible for any actions, decisions, or consequences arising from your use of the app.

All content, design, algorithms, and code in the app and on this website are the property of Toyfoo BV. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them without our written permission.
Imagoria is distributed through Apple's App Store and Google Play. If you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple's standard end-user licence agreement also applies to your use of it. If you obtained it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply. In any conflict between these terms and those of the store you downloaded from, that store's terms take precedence with regard to the distribution and use of the app through it.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toyfoo BV's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
